The good news about this place is you're always the one who's in the best shape. Attracts a middle aged crowd that tends to be overweight and outta shape. Can be busy right after the new year but otherwise not bad. I usually work out after dinner and I never have to wait for a machine. The machines are a bit outdated and the treadmills are plain terrible. For all the members they have you think they could afford new equipment after all these years. But it's a nice place.

They have everything you need to work out, even a tanning bed. It can be a bit of a meat market...

They have everything you need to work out, even a tanning bed. It can be a bit of a meat market but their treadmills are so nice, they don't jiggle at all and will let you run for hours. Usually not too busy and they have a juice bar right inside and ample parking outside. THey have a great personal trainer staff and they are very friendly and will help you out. Great classes too (pilates and spinning are awesome).
