I've been going to Bella Bella for about a year now after trying more expensive salons in the area like Calista Grande and Texxtures. I really like my stylist, Michelle. She listens to what i would like for my hair, makes suggestions without being pushy, and has always given me a great cut and color. Prices are reasonable and the rest of the staff is very friendly as well! Pros: Prices and talent

I am new to the area and desperately needed to get my hair cut and colored. My hair is so difficult so I had really been putting it off. After doing city search, I went in and was greeted by very friendly faces. I was offered a glass of wine and a magazine and then my stylist brought me to her chair. She really took time to talk to me and understand exactly what I wanted. I couldn't have asked for a better style. I got a new style and highlights and even a lesson on how to style my new 'do. I never had so many compliments on any style and it is soooo easy! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a fresh new look at a great price. Pros: close to home Cons: parking

I am a new member to this website and wanted to leave a review for my favorite salon that I have been going to for over 3 years. All the staff is wonderful, friendly and professional-it's like visiting my girlfriends when I go for an appt. The Jens (3 of them)...have all done some type of process-haircut, color, makeup...and there is so many services, facials and waxing still to try. Each time I was completely impressed and very pleased with the results. My hair and makeup was done by Jen Winters for my wedding I have never felt /looked more beautiful in my life. They're miracle workers and they're some of the best in their industry. They have a fantastic variety of product lines to choose from for haircare. I have sent friends and family who were never disappointed. They have wine/coffee/cookies and great conversation. Salon is relaxing and clean. Parking is lot parking and free which in downtown west chester is a gem.

I have been going to this salon for almost 2 years and I love it! It's one of the few places I have been that there is no pressure...just relaxation. Michelle highlights and cuts my hair and it always looks great and I am always changing my look. It is nice to be in a place that you see change in. Everyone is always changing their looks and I think that it helps clients feel more comfortable taking risks with color or bangs and what not that they wouldn't have thought of on their own. The best part is the price. This is a high end salon and you get quality results without quantity in money, if you know what I mean. Try Bella Bella, not to be confused with "Bella" or "Bella Mia." The girls are wonderful and the results are even better!

I have never been treated so bad in a salon before in my life. My daughter and I went in for a trim and color. What did not go wrong? Our appointment was behind 45min, since she turned the woman 's in front us hair green. I requested someone else at the desk and was told they do not work that way, just wait a half hour more or come back someother day. Well we waited and my daughters hair turned out like nothing I have ever seen before, she will have it fixed in State College when she goes back to school. My hair is now fried, wrong color and still have the split ends I request removed. I thought hair cuttery and laspina were bad, but this shop takes the cake. They need to clean, train their employees and get some customer service. Our bill was so high and the service was so bad. Stay way from the chopshop. And I think I am being nice and easy on them at this point after our unfriendly visit. Pros: NONE Cons: EVERYTHING

I checked out the other reviews about Bella Bella and decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. I just got my hair colored, foiled and cut by Lauren and I am thrilled. The price was great and everyone there was very friendly. When I got home my husband loved my look. I will definitely be back.
