This restaurant trades on the idea that it is better than fast food when you don't have time to cook ... and it is definitely better than fast food. But its very expensive, and the meals are nothing special. The restaurant is always very crowded (other people must like the food!) and you have to wait in long lines to order your food

Cafe Express is over priced for food that is only some what better than fast food. If I have to pay dine-in prices, I might as well each at a restaurant. The few times I have gone, I also had a long wait not because it was crowded, but because the staff was taking long.
