Worst

Check engine service was performed twice but the problem was not solved. I have traded the vehicle. Other service has been performed well in the past.

Confidence in work performed 4/10/2014

I maintained my cars for 46+ years because I wanted the work done right. Got to old to move about as I did when younger and all moved to Webster. From my first visit in 2006 I felt confident in the work they did. They're on top of manufactures maintenance schedule and don't push "extra" work. I've had one major car computer failure and they explained the problem and showed me the failed parts before I could even ask about it. I especially like that they have a female tech that often services my cars. I recommend them to others more

Very professional and experienced establishment 4/5/2014

While travelling out of town for business my brakes failed. Kevin was honest and informed me that it would be costly to have the work performed and advised me to have it towed closer to home. He did not have to do that, and I appreciate his honesty. I would recommend this shop highly! more

brakes etc 4/1/2014

So thankful Finn's got me in 7:45am Monday to get my brakes fixed. Jen also noticed I needed a NYS Inspection and did that. And everyone had fun with Ruby, my Lab pup! more

Replace radiator 3/31/2014

Overall service was very good. Polite, professional and quick. I'm a do it your selfer so I thought the price was a little steep. Although they did work with me on the price. I did check their work and they did a very thorough job. For the price I thought they should have flushed and replaced the antifreeze. Antinfreeze has over 135,000 mile on it. Overall I was satisfied with the service. more

Headlight replacement 2/15/2014

Head light had gone out on my Subaru. I had replaced the headlights on my 2006 Subaru. went to change the bulb on my 2010 and spent a considerable amount of time and was not able to reach the low beam bulb. Called Finns and got an appointment for the next day. I was in and out of there in 15 minutes. and the cost was cheaper than the cost of the bulb itself. more
