The New Ginza is a dleightful experience. The location is probably what keeps it from being more crowded, because the food is delicious and the decor is attractive. The Bento Box is really enough for two, starting with delicious miso soup, and including rice, tempura shrimp, pickled vegetables, and sushi, among other delectable bits. The menu is surprisingly large, but don't be dismayed. Sip green tea, and plan to come back. Parking can be a little difficult.

New Ginza is located strangely but it's so worth it once you're inside! The sushi is perfect my favorite is the Fashion Maki. Their lunch special sushi boat is very generous too much for one person I recommend splitting it. The interior is so tastefully designed you will find yourself lingering long after your meal just to savor the serene atmosphere.

New Ginza is open until 10:30 on the weekend, which is great when you want a sushi fix and the Porter Exchange has been closed for an hour. Everything here is quality. Look for the appetizer of strips of raw beef with a mustard dipping sauce, also the shrimp tempura which clearly is made in really fresh oil. The sushi is also fresh and well done and there are the usual teriyaki dishes for the shyer among us. The fried ice cream dessert is notable for its oddity as well as, frankly, its damn tastiness. The place is very busy on weekends and you can watch lots of dates in progress.
