I have never been treated with such disrespect by someone I am trying to give business to. I was looking for a quote for an architectural project I am doing, and was essentially told they were not interested in helping me and hung up on. People who treat prospective customers like this should not be in business.

We called on a Saturday for a rectangular piece of glass for a newly purchased table. Larry told us that is we came right over that he could have the glass for us in the afternoon. It didn't quite work that way when I got there. Inasmuch as I didn't need the glass until Wednesday, I agreed to pick it up on Tuesday. I arrived just prior to opening time on Wednesday morning. Larry was 15 minutes late in opening the store. When Larry arrived, and saw me waiting, his greeting to me was to question whether anyone called me to say the glass was ready. I replied no one had called me. Then he told me I would have to wait for him as he had more important things to do. I waited patiently. Needless to say, the glass wasn't ready as promised. But the good news is that Larry refunded me the cash deposit I had paid him without a hassle. I took the table to another glass company (on Cape Cod) and had the job done in a day for $20 less than Larry was going to charge me. COMPARISON SHOP.... He gets the one star rating as he refunded my money.... Pros: Refunded my money without a hassle Cons: Failed to deliver as promised, Bad Attitude, Too Expensive

First of all, you are guaranteed to speak to someone with a considerable amount of experience in the glass business. The partners, Tom and Larry and the Office Manager, Christine have over 50 years of experience in the glass business between them. Secondly, they market themselves as a low-cost shop and they come through. In addition, they add a transparency to the process that is very refreshing. After speaking with anyone there you will no doubt be more knowledgeable about some aspect of the glass business than you were before. As a long time patron of Prime Glass and Mirror I have been extremely happy with my dealings with them over the years. I am not sure whether poor reviews listed on this website can be trusted out of context. I would recommend that all reasonable consumers check out Prime Glass and Mirror for themselves and form their own opinions. Pros: Experienced personnel Cons: ?

A few weeks ago I stopped by their shop to ask a few questions about some work I needed doing at my house. The owner not only took the time to show me a couple of options, but their pricing turned out to be 20% less than I would have at another shop I had gone to for some comparative pricing. Not only did the installers do a great job, but the owner showed up and got the job done quicker than I thought it would take. I highly recommend Prime Glass & Mirror! Pros: Saved $$$ !!

I went there for a simple glass replacement job. After being there for 10 minutes, the man who owns the place said we were taking too much of his time, picked up my window and placed it outside his store, essentially kicking us out. I felt like a deer in headlights. I cannot beleive someone who treats people, let alone customers, would be able to stay in business. I highly advise seeking service elsewere. Pros: Parking....I guess. Cons: I was very scared when the guy started to yell.
