Ron was recommended by our attorney who raved about his honesty, integrity & experience. thank God we took his advise & not the brokers. He found serious electrical problems that could have resulted in a fire when we used certain outlets that he tested. Even though Ron price was higher than a few others we spoke with, it was his knowledge, experience & thorough report that won us over. He was extremely helpful on the phone. He spent over 20 minutes aswering our questions, many probably dumb. He was very understanding because he knew we were first time buyers. His inspection was very thorough, helpful & we were able to re-negotiate the price. we saved over $3,000.00 because of his report which he emailed to us the sameday. Liz & Zak

Fortunately I didn't have the awful experience that other reviewers on the Internet did. However, I did have a long introductory telephone conversation with the owner, during which he was rude and condescending, going so far as to say "I am going to talk to you the way I would talk to my own daughter," and then proceded to lecture and patronize me for asking him for a quote! (Yes, how dare I ask how much a service will cost. By the way, he wouldn't tell me the answer.) Why not try talking to me like I am your potential client instead of your daughter? That was the end of our business relationship. Customers, stay clear.

My basement is a home wreck. Needed consultation on what should be done to remodel the place. I called the company after looking through a phone book and they arrived quickly to assist me. Great smile and very friendly consultants. They knew exactly what I wanted and gave me a idea on what work and money is required. I was pleased that they did a well-rounded inspection around the basement to see if there were any repatching or other interior stuff that needed to be done for the remodeling. I said its ok to tear some of the walls down as long as it does not disrupt the foundation. Still working with them after a couple of months.
