I don't think I've ever experienced a better sandwich before. I want to go back and order everything on the menu to find out if it's all as good as the first. I had the smoked turkey sandwich - unlike other deli shops, the turkey in this sandwich was real turkey, like the kind Mom slices right off the bird at Thanksgiving. It was served hot on a roll that was both crusty on the outside but warm and soft on the inside. The sandwich was big enough that I could save half for my lunch the next day, although my male companion finished his sandwich on the spot and was looking longingly at mine, so perhaps not for the male eaters. My only complaint about Bread Line is that it's very crowded at lunch time, and a little bit pricey. I paid about $9 for a sandwich and bottled water. For a once in a while lunch (or if someone else is footing the bill), it was definitely worth it.

After spending a great deal of time at the barber shop on Pennsylvania and 21st, my roommate and I decided that if were were going to pay them a few bucks less than a real salon, we might as well try a more reputable place.
We tried several in the area, and a few really messed up our hair. My roommate ended up shaving his entire head because it was so bad.
Enter Bubbles. Well priced, clean and professional, this hair salon is easily the best on a college budget in the Foggy Bottom area.

This is the best Tex-Mex that you can find in DC, if you ask me. They have great burritos, burgers, tacos, fajitas, etc.
Also, great happy hours specials. Nice beer and margarita selection.
Service is generally good, too.
PROS: Location, Service, Fair Prices
CONS: None

This restaurant has a nice ambience and the food is very good. They have a great selection of entrées and it is not too spicy. I choose a thali which is a combination of small servings of entrées served with rice and bread. The mango lassi which I ordered was just too good.
They generally have a heavy rush during lunch time but they are still able to maintain their service standards. So, if you would like to treat yourself to good Indian food, this is a must try.

If you are looking for any sort of book about gays, lesbians, or transgender, you will probably find it here at Lambda rising. I believe they have another branch at rehoboth beach. I have been there once, but they seemed to have a really large selection of books, both mainstream (regarding G&L) or more specific books.

I had brought three different cats here over the years and each time had a positive experience. On one occasion I brought a cat that I had just gotten from the aminal shelter less than 24 hours previous and he had to be put down due to a lung infection. They only charged me 50% of the bill! I have only had good experiences there. Just my two cents.I am not all dismissive of the other experiences written here as they all sound quite aweful.

I received a gift from someone that visited Wake Up Little Suzie and I love it. It was a bracelet with flowers and I love it, love it. I would love to know more about your awesome store. I live in Knoxville, Tn and was just wondering if there was a store close to me.
