Georgia Browns is one of my favorite places to go when I want to treat myself. The complementary biscuits and cornbread are delicious and the food is southern-style dishes like friend chicken and chicken friend steak. They do have a few vegetarian options however. I have heard that the Brunch on Sundays is wonderful, but at about $25 per person it's a bit pricy. Still, this is a great restaurant to keep in mind when you have friends visiting from down South.

Georgia Brown's dresses up southern food like it's got somewhere to go - which is fortunate if you're out for a night on the town and feel like fried chicken, collard greens, buttermilk biscuits, or their absolutely amazing frogmore stew. The cuisine at Georgia Brown's will leave you stuffed and happy. If you book far enough in advance, I've heard the Sunday jazz brunch is not to be missed - unfortunately, though, I've missed it every time I've tried to book.
