Proper Topper is a nice little shop that offers some clothing, accessories, jewelry, hats, and more. It's a great place to pick up a gift: they've got cards, books, and plenty of knick knacks and novelty items. The staff is friendly and not in your face, despite the cramped space of this location. The prices can be a bit high for these types of items. But it's definitely worth a visit.
