Ashley Gwinn and Ronnie Mervis, Thank you for making my diamond upgrade a very possible and pleasurable experience. I realize my story is a little unique. I was in South Africa and was introduced to Mervis Brothers Diamonds by a friend. I was looking for an investment grade diamond. I purchased a nice diamond and kept it locked away. Recently I reconnected with a long lost love from Ireland. While traveling in the USA, I looked up Mervis Diamonds on a recommendation from Ken in South Africa. I talked to Ashley Gwin and later Ronnie (with that familiar SA accent). We were able upgrade my diamond for one suitable for my soon to be bride. I was able to make this purchase over the internet and long distance successfully. Ashley did a fantastic job of understanding my needs and she picked out a perfect diamond for us. This is where I went to just look for an engagement ring and it turns out it is where I bought one! The people were wonderful, they explained the 4 Cs to me and helped me see the difference between the ratings! The employees were never pushy, if anything just the opposite. they know how important a purchase this is and want me to be happy and I am!!
