I have personal experience with this company - their work is based on a concept of honesty and fair prices. Simply put, they do a WAY better job than their competitors. They will give you an estimate that is VERY close to what the actual cost ends up to be. No overestimating/overcharging here! This is because of their postive, up-front attitude in dealing with their customers.
A minority-owned business, they are located in NE, and recently opened up a new office off of Rhode Island Avenue, so as to be easily accessible to all of the DC Metro area. They do both residential and commercial electrical wiring - I got them to up the 'amp load' in my home and thier work was perfect.

one of the best maid service i ever had, they came in less then an hour and clean every creaves and crack in my house, leave it spotless. They were polite also, they were courteous and the pricing was fair. i usually call many different maid services to do the cleaning mainly because i dont have the time to clean it myself and because i don't remmber the previous maid service number, but this one, i'll remmber.

If like me you are a total dimwit when it comes to knowing how to fix things, this is a great store to go to. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful and will spend ten minutes with you just locating the correct bolt or screw for your job. In addition to the standard stuff hardware stores sell, True Value also sells housewares like dish towels, glasses, cutting boards and other items at very reasonable prices.

This place is serious. If you have something very special to frame use this shop. I know people who come in from out of town to have things framed. They have a huge selection and are able to suggest the right thing for your artwork. I thought I knew about framing, but they use a special vacuum type thing to create dustless frames and they don't drymount things because their way is better. They are also super expensive. But it's really worth it if you have something worth conserving. Real attention to detail.

Flood Squad responded within 30 minutes, extracted all the water, dried the floor and walls and billed my insurance company directly. The 2 uniformed technicians moved everything, were very careful, helpful and knowledgeable. Their quick response saved my carpet and prevented mold in the rest of the house.

We had a flood our home from a pipe burst right next to the boiler. We called in Affordable Water, Fire, Smoke Damage Restoration Washington as the water kept coming. They arrive within 45 minutes with a plumber to fix the pipe, and with equipment which they use to start removing the water. It took nearly 4 hours to remove all the water and another 2 hours they spent cleaning. Very impressive work. They let a couple of drying machines in my home which they will check on tommorow. Service was excellent and quick.?

Amazing collection of contemporary furniture, apparently all still made in France (not China). Knowledgeable, helpful staff! The prices are not cheap but far less expensive than i expected. When i first walked in it felt more like a gallery or museum than a furniture but the people who work there were wonderfully friendly and i will certainly go back!
