I always get my shoes repaired here and they do a great job, but do not take your clothes here! I just got a lightweight trenchcoat, two skirts, and a shell cleaned here and they charged me $40. That is ridiculous. more

Shoe Repair and More 9/27/2005

American Valet is probably so-named because it's right by the American University metro stop which makes it nicely accessible to folks like me who don't have a car in DC. They do shoe repair and dry cleaning and other basic services that busy folks need. The prices are quite reasonable and the service is prompt so this is a good place to go if you need your soles redone. more
