I will be loyal forever. Friday, February 8, 2008 Susan the nicest owner in the world. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Everyone was chatty and un pretentious. Let me say I will be loyal forever. There is only goodness about Charisma. I went there for years when I lived in Dupont area and currently coming from Alexandria Va. for my hair and nails. The place is that good. Nothing beats it. Great vibe, good people, great style, great service. Everything wonderful. Ashley Campell Alexandria Va.

Susan the nicest owner in the world. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Everyone was chatty and un pretentious. Let me say I will be loyal forever. There is only goodness about Charisma. I went here for a haircut a few years ago. The receptionist listened to what I wanted and then took me to the back and then told him what I wanted in Turkish. I ended up with a short hairstyle with what can only be described as a large, upswept curl in the back. It looked like a cartoon caricature. During the cut, I learned the stylist did not speak any English at all, only Turkish. Once I got home and soaked the curl, it flattened out and the hairstyle in general was the most wonderful cut I have ever had. Nearly every week I'd get some sort of compliment. That is great and all but I am still very wary of getting service from someone I can't communicate with. So I will have to give him less than five stars. I just wish I remembered the guy's name. :(
