I phoned to asked about their service. When I asked him HOW he hand washed, he said he didn't understand. What do you USE to hand wash, I continued? I wanted to find out if they used brushes, or lambswool. He seemed put off by my questions. A bit of a language barrier, as well. After I got that clear, I told him I had problems with people joy riding my car, and could he confirm that I would pick it up with the same number of miles I dropped it off with. At this point he hung up on me. I can't speak about their work, but who want to hire someone like that? I'm going to find someone who cares. Pros: ??? Cons: Hung up on me
