My family was in the Waltham, MA area and decided to grab some pizza at a pizzeria highly recommended by most Brandeis students, as well as my younger brother. Having tried many, many pizzerias, this place had a bit of a expectation to meet, and well, it met it easily.
under $15 for a Cappy's special, the pizza is enormous, the toppings are plenty, and the taste is among the better pizzas I've tried. Thinking a pie wouldn't be enough for the whole family, we did order a side of onion rings and fries. We were sorely mistaken, as the fries and onion rings (both of which were top-notch) came in equally absurd amounts (not to complain), all for a relatively cheap price.
Among the better pizza places I've been to, and not a 5-minute walk from the edge of the Brandeis campus. I highly recommend it if you're in the area.

Everyone at Brandeis when I went to school there a few years ago knew about Cappy?s, which is right at the edge of campus by the commuter rail station. I think all of us have memories of trekking over to Cappy?s or getting takeout from there whenever we got too sick of dining hall food or too stressed out during exams. Their pizzas are smothered in cheese and have very doughy crust. Their individual Mediterranean with feta, olives and tomatoes was always one of my favorites to order, and their subs and fries are equally delicious. In my view, we ?Deis students couldn?t have asked for a better pizza spot next to campus!
Pros: good pizza at affordable prices
Cons: small dining area
