My daughter wanted to go there b/c all her friends did, we live in Lexington. I read review after review and said, "NO" - and she couldn't be happier. All her friends are struggling with hours and the rudeness of the staff. She is right on time for every aspect of her driving test. It cost a little more but TRI-Town in Woburn - Tri Town Driver Education Center Inc, Woburn, MA 01801-2800
(781) 938-0698?) They answer their phone and email you back; they call before most driving lessons. I am so glad I read the reviews and went to TRI-Town.

soo i signed up for this hell hole LAST YEAR. i tried to get it done quickly by doing the one week of all the classes. i didnt learn anything at all and they didnt even have a set teacher for the whole week. they are disorganized and i seriously question the intelligence of the "instructors" and now that i've gotten around to try and schedule my driving lessons, they wont answer their phone! at this rate i will be 18 before i finish cams and it would have been a waste of $600.

I've taken the classes 3 months ago, and since i got my permit, tried to call them often to schedule driving lessons. I was always disconected or actually hung up on. When i finally reached them at 9:45 AM on a monday (they open at 9:00), they said their computer was not turned on yet and i should call back at 11:00. I called back at 11:10, and was disconnected again. What gives.

Believe the negative reviews, unfortunately I didn't. Absolutely the worst customer "service" I have EVER experienced. These people are professionally in the business of separating you from your money, and that is it. Poor instruction, unbelieveably bad office staff, rude instructors and most importantly, they teach your children NOTHING.
Pros: Not a single pro.
Cons: It is an absolute sham

THE KIDS NEVER REALLY LEARN TO DRIVE, THEIR "ROAD" TIME IS SPENT DRIVING AND PICKING UP OTHER PEOPLE WHO MADE THE SAME MISTAKE AND ENTRUSTED THEIR CHILD TO THESE UNPROFESSIONAL FOLKS. oh my god. worst desicion ever. first of all i had to schedule all my hours at once because they have such a tight sceduale you have to do it at least a month in advance. im a new driver and once i got into the car my instructor got VERY annoyed. he said the lesson was "practice" and NOT a teaching time. i couldnt believe he said that i thought this was a driving SCHOOL. he literally yelled at me for everything i did and i almost cried. not only that but they are rude and inconsiderate. i hate this place.

The girls in the offfice are nothing short of rude, evasive and fight with customers and each other. The parents class I attended had people banging on the door while the class was going on, and the police were called, which from what I understand happens almost every time. The rules on when you can book your hours change every day. If you ask to talk to the boss, he is unavailable and the girls will not commit to him calling you back. I spoke to a girl in the morning and she told me she never told me what she did in the afternoon. The price was the cheapest around, but not worth the aggravation. Pay more and go to a real driving school. I used a different one for my first child, and only changed because of the price. Pay more, its worth it.

I had her once - it was like Hell. She shouted at me (most of the time) and have no patience at all.
