Why didn't I insulate years ago!! My oil consumption has decreased by more than 30% in comparable weather as compared to pre-insulation days. My house is so much more comfortable -- no longer are our walls freezing to the touch, and the noise level from the street is noticeably decreased. I no longer live in fear of freezing pipes. This is a family business, and they are friendly and responsive. Make sure to take pictures off the wall, because they will fall off. The house also gets very dusty from the cellulose. I researched cellulose vs. fiberglass quite extensively, and although the cellulose was more expensive to begin with, the research definitely showed it to be better than the fiberglass in the long run.

I had a pair of shoes that I adored. They were the cutest kitten heeled flip flops and I lived in them last summer. Then tragedy struck and the heel broke. Moronically I brought them to the shoe repair place in my local mall. I wore them once and they broke again. A friend suggested Superior Shoe repair claiming they could fix everything. She was right. He rebuilt the heel of the shoes as they were ruined from the earlier repair attempt. They were done in under a week and better than ever. The repair was inexpensive, but the work was stellar!

So I found the perfect pair of jeans. The one problem; they were made for someone a good foot taller! Problem solved. I brought them to Vittorio's and he turned them into my new favorite jeans. He understood that they were kinda pricey and they had to be perfect. He uses the right weight of thread, matched to the color the company used. The hem looks like it was always that way. They were done in under a week and were flawless.

This is a great place for those of you who are looking to buy Japanese books. They have a very huge collection of books, magazine and comics. You name it, they have it, even the new release that just came out in Japan. Their customer service is very friendly and helpful but everything they sell is very expensive considering they are all imported from Japan. Too bad they seal most of their collections so people cannot browse through them. I suggest you to visit this place only if you are certain what book to buy.

We have eaten in tons of Indian restaurants all around including those that serve indo-chinese cuisine in America but found this one to be the worst. The salt lassi was just milky & yoghurt & had no salt, kali mirch-pepper or any flavor to it. My husband's mango lassi was old & sour. Then the panipuri had no filling literally only pani & puris that too not fresh. As if this start was not enough the food came very late and was bland. The veggie noodles in indo-chinese sections was no more than maggi with frozen veggies. What a shame it was $11.95 for that. Not one dish we ordered was even average. The paneer makhani had no paneer although the gravy was edible. My husband and I kept wanting to walk out but just stayed put till the end as we had already ordered but swore never to return again.....!
Pros: none
Cons: bad food, slow service and very expensive

Great place to go if you want to go and hear live Irish music (it can get very noisy if you're seated near the entertainment) -- they have live music on many nights. They have all the sort of things you would expect from this type of pub (fish and chips, Guiness, stew, etc.). It's a fun place to go with friends. Service is decent. Food is pretty good, and the portions are quite large. Plenty of parking in the big pay lot, though you may need to walk a little. It can get quite crowded here in the evenings. In good weather they open the windows up.

More
If you're looking for knobs (cabinet, door, etc.), then this is the place to go. They have much more than anywhere else for many miles. They also have faucets plus other bathroom items. What is frustrating is that there are no prices on anything, and you need to be "assigned" to a sales rep before you can get anything priced. This really discourages you if you want to get a sense of what a variety of things cost (having said that, they are very friendly, but they also end up having to look through a bunch of books to price things out. It's time consuming, and it makes you feel a lot of pressure to buy something). The prices are also quite high, but they do carry items of very good quality. They don't really have many things in stock, so you'll have to order and wait for most things.

More 6 months ago
I was very dissatisfied with the service received from Sturgis landscaping. The work was subcontracted, and I only saw Roger Sturgis when he stopped by for the initial, interim and final payments. Much of the work was shoddy, after the first rain, one corner of the stone patio sank, and 4 of 4 trees planted died within 12 months. Despite calls and faxes, I was never able to get Mr. Sturgis to respond to my concerns.
