I just had a spa party with 2 of my friends that came out of state at SpringRain Spa and we were all very pleased. Staff is friendly and we felt very pampered. We got facials, massages and Algae Body wraps. They even served us FREE lunch and plenty of green tea! This was the best way to catch up with friends while getting treatments. Will be back!

I too went in for a waxing experrience from Hell! I needed my arms waxed and they decided to use roll-on wax with strips. It just wasn't working and the girl kept going over the same spots again and again. It got to the point that the wax or the hair wasn't coming off. I left red, raw and with my arms stuck to my body from all the excess wax. The girl was not up for conversation while she tortured me or open to any suggestions like THIS IS NOT WORKING. I agree cheap products and no personality, I'll never go back there again.

Before the massage, I filled out a questionnaire about my massage likes/dislikes and she paid attention to what I had said. I can't wait until my next massage!

i made an appointment here and called for directions (which were horrible) and I got lost so I called to tell them and they said it wouldnt be a problem but cut my massage a half hour short for being late 10 minutes, and my appointment was from 630-730 and no one came in after, because I could understand if i kept people waititng for there appointment but I was the last one of the night and they didnt close til 8. Then they charged me the full price. also the rooms and not regulated very well it would get very cold then very hot. Horrible experience and I wouldnt recommend it at all Pros: inexpensive

I went for a spa package recently and had a really great experience. The staff was very accomodating and didn't have a problem with substitutions. I have a bad back which makes lying on a massage table uncomfortable so I requested a chair massage and foot reflexology instead. They had no problem with this, with no change in price or length of service. It was heaven. The herbal/salt scrub was wonderfully invigorating and my skin still feels soft! The woman who did my facial recommended a cleanser that's better than anything I've tried in years. Also included were a first rate mani and pedicure, and lunch too! They need to work on coordinating when lunch is served. But that's a small issue compared to gracious and accomodating service with a smile. Everyone made me feel comfortable and I left feeling refreshed, and renewed. Who know we had this in Waltham! Pros: Reasonable prices, good parking, not crowded
