I cannot say enough about my experience at La Reine I'd been to a handful of bridal salons in Boston and all over New England and liked a few dresses but didn't love any, and had mixed feelings about the stores and salespeople.
La Reine went beyond ALL my expectations.After all the bad reviews I almost didnt go. I do not have a big budget but my consultant, Jessia made me feel so special and important--even after I found a dress I loved (that would end up being "the one"), she kept bringing more dresses for me to try. To top it off, when I mentioned I wanted to try on a dress at another salon before making up my mind, she was totally understanding and advised me, "you have to be sure."There Fitting room was amazing- ( you have your own room with a couch and chairs they had candles lit it was so relaxing!!)
I was surprized. I got a dress at La Reine that was beyond my wildest dreams, at a price point well within my budget, and I was even styled by a designer at a trunk show they were having.
Jessica brought me a few dresses that I'd asked for but mostly dresses she and the suggested (I went into it with an open mind and highly suggest you do the same unless you're sure you know exactly what you want). And almost EVERY dress looked good, if not great on me.Jessica knows what fits your body- This did not happen at other salons, and the unflattering dresses left me wondering if I'd ever find the right one! When I had walked in I wasnt excited- She really made it fun and im toatly excited!!!
I believe I had the greatest experience I did because of the store's vast selection, and the knowledgeable staff. The day was like a dream and I'll always remember it! and her, she has called me twice- Once to make a bridesmaid appt, and another for a ship date-but she says she will call to follow me threw. Which I think is amazing, sometimes you need an extra friend :)
Pros: Huge selection
Cons: NONE!!!

I am more likely to post a complaint than a compliment, which shows how strongly I feel that Blondie is a class act. I have been going to Blondie for over 4 years now. I have been to salons in Newton, Boston, Paris, London and I have to say that I love Blondie. I have been going to Heather M. who is fabulous, she never minds if I come in for a quick fix or if I want her to make me look like a movie star (I am not). She has a great sense of humor and even tolerates my 3 year old (since she was 2). I have been to other stylists once or twice and have always found every one of them to be personable, etc. No complaints. I have used their spa services on occasion as well and have been pleased with those although with the economy, I don't use those as much as I would like to anymore. I recommend Blondie to everyone I can. Reasonabel prices, great people, and high quality work!

I had heard about Biagios and had driven by a couple of times but had never been in. My friend recomended Biagios and I went there with some people from work. Since I was early I decided to have a drink at the downstairs bar while I waited for my other co-workers. As I waited with my drink I looked around and noticed how nice the restaurant looked.
During our dinner with shared a really nice bottle of Pinot Noir. We shared some awesome oysters and the eggplant app that our waiter recomended. When our entress arrived I was really hungry and ready to dive in. I got one of their specials the Halibut brodo. I'm really picky about seafood but they really nailed this dish. Lots of shellfish and great broth. My other guests loved their food as well. Went up to the patio afterwards for some more drinks and coffee. Great view up there. I'm definitely going back there again!

Easily the best authentic style Mexican I've had in the Boston area. Anyone who dislikes this place probably thinks Anna's is great (it isn't).
Pros: Great food cheap.
Cons: Some may not like the atmosphere... they should probably stick to nearby Margaritas Restaurant.

Nice clean salon. I've got my hair cut there a few times now and I've been happy each time. They do a good job and you can't beat the price. They have TV's you can watch while you get a haircut which is pretty cool and the girls are really nice and friendly.

In Short if you are a steak lover like myself please look no futher , i find myself craving this all the time and each time i go there it gets better and better , try the fire shrimp as an app ! the bar is very warm and cozy to with normal bar staff !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! no drama like you would find elsewhere , Bison you are a hidden Jewel !!!
