Good: Very Clean! Teachers and Staff very educated and excellent with the children, and the parents. Loved the security system, with the codes for the door entry and also the camera system throughout the building.. Other: This facility is beautiful and well organized. The rooms are broken up by age groups and development. There are also before and after school programs, and a summer camp program for the school aged children. Everything is clean, and always organized, and enjoyable for the children. The backyard area is also excellent for all ages! Absolutely love the building and the staff!.

My husband and I checked with Day Care Licensing Unit (1-800-282-6063) for information on the regulations, to check on possible complaints of daycares and they told us that Kid Care did not have any complaints against them. Do you recommend any other daycares in Wallingford?

My son went there for one day, we were trying to get him involved with other kids. When I went to get him he had a black eye and bruised ribs. No one knew what happened to him! Then my husband went back later, demanding an explanation and they tried to tell him that our son fell when I was there picking him up! Not very sturdy for a business. I didn't like the fact that they didn't care my son got hurt they just didn't want to take the blame. I'd never bring a child there and trust them to care for them. The director quickly refunded us and was happy to see us go, I think she knew we were going to call the police if we didn't get an answer.
