I tried an eggplant parmigiana sub here, and it was so-so. It wasn't terrible, but the eggplant was sliced too thick and it wasn't cooked as well as I would have liked. My husband gets food here a lot though, so their other stuff must be much better. I would eat here again, just not the same sub.
