I HAD NO HEAT LATE ONE EVENING LAST YEAR, WHEN I CALLED TOTAL TEMPERATURE CONTROL THEY IMMEDIATELY HAD A TECHNICIAN AT MY HOUSE. THEY WERE CLEAN, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WELL MANNERED. WHEN I NEEDED A QUOTE FOR A NEW AC I CHOSE THEM BECAUSE THEY HAD MANY OPTIONS AND WERE EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE TOO. I GOT WHAT I PAID FOR AND I AM THRILLED ABOUT IT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

Tony was prompt, courteous, knowledgable and easy to work with. He immediately returns calls, arrives when he says he will (or calls if he's running late) and gets the job done at a reasonable cost. I'll definitely call him again!

This place is so cool. There aren't many grocery stores like this one where I'm from, except maybe Market Fresh (and that is so expensive its stupid.) We shop here for groceries, but it also has a great deli. Yesterday I had an eggplant parmigiana calzone and fried zucchini (I can't help it - I'm a vegetarian.) It was really good! It was actually picked up for me, and I didn't realize where it was from at first. I couldn't believe how good it was to be from a grocery deli!

These guys do great work, IF you can get them to show up. They run a highly disorganized business - poor communication, no follow up, totally unreliable. There are plenty of qualified contractors out their that understand the meaning of customer services; I highly recommend you find one.
Pros: competent, good work
Cons: completely unreliable
