BJ's Wholesale Club

I went into BJ's Saturday night and left within 5 minutes. Customer service was TERRIBLE and when I complained about it to management they did nothing about it. I then tried to use the one-day pass they have ON THEIR WEBSITE and they told me they no longer accepted one day passes. I then asked why they had the coupone on their website to use if they no longer accepted them. The answer I got was "I don't know." I will NEVER go back to BJ's especially the one in Voorhees that's how bad my expereince was. I will stick to Sam's. more

I like this BJ's store most of the time. There are never any crowds here, probably because they don't do good sales, charge more than Costco for most items *but they take manufacturers' coupons*, and never open enough checkout lanes. The produce is not that great. The food is not very fresh. Also there are not many samples! It's not like a treasure hunt at this store. However, the bakery is very nice and their breads are gourmet. I like their cookies too. The clothing department is not too good. Their stuff is not too stylish. Worst of all, the staff can be very rude and unfriendly at times. They are not happy with their work and sometimes it takes a manager to fix a problem. I much prefer Costco, where the staff are cheerful and the prices are low. But, since I got my membership as a gift, I'll be back. Hopefully they'll survive. more
