If you’re looking for a good, fun place to have lunch with friends, I would recommend going to The Purple Cow. They have the all-American foods thing going for them, and it works. The food isn’t exactly gourmet or anything, but that’s not why you’d come here in the first place… It’s all about fun, and fun it delivers! You have to at least try it once, and make sure you get a purple milkshake when you do!

The burgers here are incredible! The name should tell you that this isn't your ordinary restaurant. It has a 50's ish theme and is a very nice place in general. The food is excellent, and very reasonably priced. The first time I ate there was just out of curiosity...mostly because of the name and the sign outside...but now I'm a regular. They have excellent milk shakes in addition to the burger joint style food. I would recommend this place to anyone with kids or anyone without for that matter. A really great spot.

The Purple Cow is set up like a 50's diner, which makes for a fun and unusual atmosphere. The food is good, but not spectacular - chips are served with most sandwiches (there's an extra charge for fries). The staff is fairly attentive and friendly. All in all, The Purple Cow is a good deal considering the low prices.
