Read the reviews here and felt I had to write one. I've been using them, and their coupons, for over 10 years with no complaints - none. Today I dropped of my car for an inspection and detail and forgot to leave my keys. They went to my house to retrieve them. Talk about service! and they do wonderful detailing for your cars. Pros: Very Conscientious Cons: Pumps aren't open late enough some nights

With too many details and one bad experience after another. Will give quick synopsis: Took car in because it would not start, thought it was the battery. One phone call and $650 later was told it was the alternator as well. One week later, had the same vehicle towed back in because of the exact same "symptoms". Was told they could not find the problem but it started for them. Was advised to come drive the vehicle until it happened again, then bring it back in. Perhaps this would have happened at midnight on the interstate??? I had to ask them to at least run a diagnostic test on it. Which they did, and I was told the fuel pump had to be replaced. The first time (a week later) I filled the gas tank, fuel ran out of the bottom of car at the tank. Not only was I told to move my car onto their grassy area as not to get gas on their asphalt, I was told the gas tank was still too full to diagnose the problem. I was told to drive my car, with a fuel leak, until it was empty enough to be worked on! After many calls to other mechanics, I was told with almost 100% certainty it was related to a fill hose not being tightened properly when they replaced the fuel pump and filter (another $642.00). I was hung up on twice by the mechanic and my phone calls to Ron Carlson of King's Grant Citgo were not returned as of this writing. Pros: None Cons: Rude, inexperienced, unprofessional, expensive

Even though I made an appointment, they made me wait an hour before taking my car in. They advertise heavily with coupons but add so many hidden fees - cost for tune up was TWICE what coupon advertised. I asked them to keep costs to $150, they charged $225 without so much as a heads up. This was not an isolated occurrence - as I found out after the fact - many other friends and neighbors had same 'ripped off' experience. Pros: Not any - you have better choices! Cons: Bait and Switch Coupons, Overpriced, Excessive wait
