I recently had a hardwood floor installed in my den, and what a professional job they did. , 3 very experienced guys came and took up our old carpet and installed our new floor with in hours after all working together, cutting, installling and clean up and what a great job . i certainly would recommend them come to any home, as they were very respectable guys, and we are very pleased.

I have done business with Creative Floorworks on more than one occassion. The first time or two, things went well, but this last time is exactly that... the last time. The owner, I won't use his name, came out to my home and gave me a price for a new porcelain floor. I contracted with him to remove the old floor and put in the new one. Once they got into the job, they realized that there was going to be more labor involved, and the sub-contractor told me that he was going to have to charge me more. I told him that he needs to take that up with the company. I never heard from the company, until the work was completed and the bill that I was received was few hundred dollars more than we had agreed. The company and I worked out an agreement, and I paid the bill. About 6 months later, I began having issues with the grout cracking and coming out. I called and he sent the installer back out and he put more grout in. The issue is that it continued happening time and time again. They then decided that the issue must be with my sub-floor and foundation. (Keep in mind that my home is a custom built builders home that is about 10 years old) I then called a foundation and support company to come out and fix my issue. The company said that there was nothing wrong, and in fact, it was one of the best built houses that they had seen. I then called back to Creative Floorworks and explained what had been said. This has gone on for more than a year now, and I am at the end of my rope. They have agreed to pay for the cost of the grout, if I want to pay for the labor to have the old grout removed and for the new grout to be put in. My wife and I have been stood up AGAIN today to have someone come out to fix the problem. I hate to say it, but I have lost all confidence in this company, and they do not stand behind their work. I have at this point WASTED THOUSANDS of dollars on a floo
