As a military wife I decided to occupy my time with a new skill back in 2002. Margaret the instructor was so wonderful teaching me how to knit I still consult her today at this shop on all my knitting projects. She is always helpful and guides me through new patterns and assists with selecting the right yarn. I highly recommend this store for beginners and advanced knitters because they are helpful and let you come in with your project and chat at the table as you work on your project. The atmosphere is inviting and the ladies all share their stories about life. This is what knitting is all about- non stressful and therapeutic.

As a military wife I decided to occupy my time with a new skill back in 2002. Margaret the instructor was so wonderful teaching me how to knit I still consult her today at this shop on all my knitting projects. I found this shop when I was lost in VA Beach. Although it is a small store the prices are great and very affordable. They hold crocheting and knitting classes and the woman behind the counter was very helpful in helping me decide what kind of yarn was best for my project. At the time of my visit they had a large selection of Plymouth yarns. I wish the location was in a more quiet area. Sure it is very accessible from I-264, but it is very hard to get out of during rush hour. PROS: Very helpful staff CONS: Hard to leave parking lot during peak hours.

I found this shop when I was lost in VA Beach. Although it is a small store the prices are great and very affordable.
