We purchased our kitchen cabinets from Greenwich Kitchen after looking at a several other places in town. We decided to have them install the cabinets, and now our kitchen is a showplace. From the initial meeting with the designer to the installation crew we could not of asked for a better experience or a better result. about a year ago we had new cabinets installed in our kitchen, as with anything new there was a problem with 1 of the doors. i called my designer and she transferred me to there warranty deparment, and the gentleman that i talked to was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. we received our new door and it was installed in less than 10 working days. it's so nice to be able to actually talk to a real person than some recorded machine like others companies these i highly recommend greenwich kitchen center not only for the beautiful cabinets they but for the wonderful service people they have especially there warranty department Pros: wonderful company wonderful people Cons: wish i could of spent more money

My husband and I are just finishing up our remodeling that we purchased along with our beautiful cabinets. Everyone from the start has been helpful, creative, and our kitchen, with their advice, is better than anything we ever could have imagined. It is so beautiful we don't even want to use it. It is a masterpiece.

Don't let the fancy showroom fool you! We built a new house and used Greenwich for our kitchen. We found their expert kitchen design consultant neither inspired or inspiring. It seemed she was just going through the motions. It was almost as if she was just there to write down what we wanted; not what our idea of a designer should be. But we're pretty creative and came up with what we though would be a good kitchen. We got the measurements from the builder and she spoke to him directly too, but guess what, she still got it wrong and our cabinets were a couple of inches longer than our countertop! Worst of all, they didn't stand behind their work, despite many assurances from Like Newman, their president, that they would take care of it. In the end we had to go elsewhere to get it fixed and paid for that ourselves. I would never use them or recommend them.
