I felt very rushed, and the technician who I worked with (sorry can't remember her name) was not very attentive as to how she was putting on the hot wax. Considering this was a bikini wax that is a BIG deal. It wasn't a thorough job. I had to have it redone at another spa in about half the time I normally would.
The rest of the spa seemed noisy and too overrun with clients. They need a bigger hair salon space and more division. The walls are not thick enough in the treatment rooms to crowd out the noise from the hair salon. I think they could do more for their spa clients.

I have used Ambiance Salon and Day Spa for a spa day and to have my eyebrows waxed. The spa day was fantastic! It was an all over spa treatment plus lunch. The staff was very professional and made me feel like a million bucks. I have also had my eyebrows waxed. The girl did a great job. The shape was perfect for my face. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This place does the works, hair, makeup, spa things. You name it, they can do it. They offer packages that are greatly priced. The stylists are excellent. You show them a picture, you get it. It's a great place to go and relax and get "your work" done. The staff is very friendly and always have smiles on their faces.
