I think this has to be my husband's favorite motorcycle place to go. I have been inside and the store is on the small side. They still have quite a few motorcycles. The sales people are right there and eager to help. They have used motorcycles outside (trade-ins) behind their gates but they don't really like to promote those at all. I think they want you to purchase new and then they sell those trade-ins elsewhere. Anyway, they are always offering too good to be true finance options. They are also pretty good about ordering a specific product for you. They ordered some Yamaha parts for my husband. Anyway, I would recommend the place. Like I said I have been in there a few times and have not had any bad experiences.

My inspection had expired while I was traveling on business for a month. I got back and drove around to several service stations to get it inspected...AND NOBODY WOULD DO IT. I pulled up to Shell where I was greeted in a friendly manner. They were obviously very busy, but after explaining my situation and that I was new to the area they inspected my car right away. Good move, because they have won my business from now on. I now buy my gas there and any future services will be taken to them as well. Total time was about 30 minutes despite their being busy.

Been going to them for about 15 years. Same owners for that time. Very friendly and reliable. Nice bunch of guys work there. Most important they are very honest. Also, we've had a few times where we weren't charged for what we should have been charged for, they charged less than the quote they gave us. Over the years the workers have changed, and I think they have slowed down a little in as far as how fast they finish your work, but still dependable.

I have my car serviced exclusively at CB Toyota and they are very reliable and customer-oriented. The waiting room is comfortable and the staff is always willing to explain any problems. I have been very happy and will continue to bring my car for service there as long as I own it.

I am a single female amd warry of taking my care anywhere for fear of the "typical over-priced-she's-a-girl" attitide that seems to be everywhere in mechanic shops. This is the only place I'll take my care if something goes wrong because they won't try to sell me stuff I won't need.
The first time I went there I thought my car was ready to explode and was ready to pay an arm and a leg. They spent all day diagnosing it and were able to fix it by just re-adjusting something. It cost me something like $16.00, they said it just needed some TLC. I've had two incidents where they were able tp fix it for me without expensive parts or labor, anywhere else would of sold me all new parts that I didn't need. These guys just fix the problem, nothing else. I've been going there ever since and will continue to go. I highly recomend it to people that arn't car-savy and don't want to have to worry about being "taken" for car repairs.

We were looking for a new minivan and thought we would look at the odissey. So I hate pushy sales people, but they weren't pushy and everything was great with there customer service. They were very helpful!! I would definately recommend Checkered Flag next time you are in search of a vehicle.

People have said the quality at Merchant's has declined with their growing popularity, but we have found this isn't so. The first time we brought our car in for a suspicious brake noise; rather than using the opportunity to gouge us they returned the car without charge (the breaks are from Les Schwab and squeek because the quality is low). The second time we brought it in for a 30K maintenance and my husband was able to work with the tech on exactly what did and did not need to be done. All in all they have been great to work with.

Our car broke down while in the middle of a trip to visit family in Virginia Beach. We were towed to Ocean Air Auto Repair where they took such good care of us! It's always a little scary breaking down in an unfamiliar area, but they were able to fix the problem without a huge expense and get us on our way again.
