Last winter I slammed into two curbs trying to drive to Old Damneck Road on the ice from our most severe storm. After that my cars steering wheel wobbled wherever I went. I thought I just needed a front end alignment so I took my car to a garage and had it done. The steering wheel still shook so I knew I had something else wrong. A friend looked at my wheels and told me I had a bent wheel. I called several wheel and rim places and I was told they didn't do the work I needed. Finally I came upon Wheel and Rim repair. I was told to bring my car in.\r
I drove up to their shop and was quickly waited on by a very friendly guy. He had my wheel taken off my car and and put it on a machine that checked for bent wheels. He brought me in and showed me how the wheel was wobbling and said the problem was too severe for them to straighten my wheel. He then started calling his contacts. He told me he would call when he found one.\r
Within a couple of hours I received a call at home from him. I am used to companies saying they would call me only to hear from them much later or they just didn't call like they promised.The gentleman from Wheel and Rim Finally had found a used wheel for 100 dollars from a company out of the area. He told me he would call when it was delivered. The next day he called me and asked me to come in for the repair at 9:30 the following morning. I went in the next morning and Wheel and Rim got right to work. Within 30 to 45 minutes I had my new wheel and I was happily on the road again.\r
Now here is the best part of the story. My boss told me he had bent his wheel also and it cost 350 dollars to have it repaired. When I was told the total for my bill I was shocked. Wheel and Rim had taken time to call several of their contacts and had found exactly what I needed. Remember I told you the wheel cost 100 dollars and it was delivered from quite a quite a distance away? Well, I was charged 106 dollars for the whole repair. That means they made a whole 6 dollars and believe me they really had to search to get what I needed. I can't say enough good things about how they gave me prompt and courteous service and charged me such a low price. If you have a problem like I did you won't find anyone better than Wheel and Rim to quickly solve that problem for a very reasonable price. Thank you for reading this review.\r
