My girlfriend's passenger window had been broken and the responsible party sent us to Glass "Masters". Supposedly we were to take the car to them. When I call to set up an appointment the following morning the receptionist informs me that the repairman was on his way to where the incident had happened. Needless to say we were nowhere near there so we ended up having to drive out to them. The job took about an hour and afterwards the window wouldn't stay all the way up and there was still broken glass rattling around inside the door. A complete waste of time. Pros: There is a great cafe next door if you're hungry. Cons: Service, Location, Workmanship.

My car was broken into one night, the window was shattered. I called Glass Masters after 9:30 pm, and got a live person on the line! She set up an appointment for first thing the next morning. The next day, I was in and out of there in less than one hour, and even made it to work on time. The price was unbeatable. The employees were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Glass Masters to everyone. Pros: Service was great I was in and out in one hour

One day I was driving down the interstate and BAM-rock in my windshield. I called my insurance company immediately from my cell phone. Witihin 20 minutes I had an appointment for someone to come out and repair my windshield. The repair was done as well as it could be, but it just didn't look right. I called my insurance company back and they told me that I could set it up to have it replaced if I wished...I did, and it's great. Nice Job!

We needed to get a new windshield and a friend of ours recommeneded Glass Masters. We called them up and they brought there shop to us. They also payed our deductible and we didn't have to pay a cent towards a new windshield. I would highly recommend them to any family or friends. They did a great job and a fast one.
