I have stayed in Comfort Suites a few times and am very impressed so far. There are very high standards of service that they set. To me that is the key, high standars of customer service and great accomidations. Any requests I have made online prior to my stay have also been honored. The suites come with two beds, two televisions etc.. They have a bar/lounge area that also doubles as a breakfast room. Breakfast is complimentary as is a cocktail when staying with them. Parking is free also Do you believe some hotels actually charge for parking?

The Villa Park office is quite friendly, and I was able to compare prices and book all at the same time. Since booking, our travel agent has sent us several guidebooks and suggestions for touring.
