I went Priscilla of Boston after much shopping. The staff was fantastic and the dress selection was amazing. I had been to many other shops where the staff was not knowledgeable or helpful. I was so pleased to find that the staff was helpful and the dresses so beautiful!! My dress looked just as it did on the internet. We are going to shop there to pick out our bridesmaid dresses! I would reccomend this shop to people who are picky and love great service.
Pros: Fitting room size, dress selection, service
Cons: The dresses, although beautiful, can be a little pricy. Know what you are walking into before you go!

I had the best experience at Priscilla of Boston in OakBrook. The staff was so nice and professional. When I walked in they stood up for me to greet me. My consultant Rebeca asked me lots of questions about me and the wedding I was having. After an hour and about 15 dresses, I found mine. The manager, Anne came in and introduced herself and gave me excellent feedback. WHAT SERVICE!!!!Anne even brought me the brides maid gown we orderd. They are so knowledgeable and fun to be around. Thanks gals for making me so beautiful on my wedding day. I will let the world know about you.

Pros: great styles you will not find any where else and service!

I was so excited to finally see the Melissa Sweet and Priscilla of Boston dresses that I've been checking out for months online. I live in downtown Chicago and my sister (my maid of honor) is in this weekend visiting from Michigan. We ventured out to Oakbrook and the trip was a HUGE letdown. We were assigned to a room but our "helper", nor anyone else in the store, bothered to check in on us. I helped my sister into a dozen gowns and clipped her in myself. No one brought us color swatches or assisted with changing from dress to dress, which would have been more acceptable if our presence had ever been acknowledged.
The dress selection was fairly lame overall - Overpriced for what the gowns are. These lines are sold elsewhere and I would pay more at another shop before ever setting foot in the Oakbrook Priscilla of Boston shop again. I have 8 bridesmaids, and I will be taking my money elsewhere. I'm just very disappointed that we wasted our afternoon trekking out to Oakbrook. City girls: don't waste your time or money - There are way too many great shops downtown.
