Not a great place to live 2/23/2011

I lived at Autumn Chase for 4 years. The first year or two was okay besides the ants and wasps, but just in the past couple years my building was surrounded by people selling drugs and using drugs. People were always up partying late at night and even when we complained management did not care. They would rather get their money than kick out drug dealers. After paying our rent on time for four years they want to charge us to replace carpet that had regular wear and tear from our dog. If you live there don't plan on getting your deposit back and plan on paying extra money when you leave. Someone tried to steal our bikes and our cars were broken into twice. You don't want to live here. more

Great management, great location! 9/27/2005

Autumn Chase is a great place to live. The management is very friendly and will take care of any issues you have right away. There are a lot of great amenities, too! There is a pool and hot tub, as well as a fitness center. You have to have a swipe card to get into these, so it is restricted to residents only. There are also racquetball courts and a computer lab available for residents, and there is a tanning booth, as well, that is free with an appointment. You get a covered parking spot. The apartments are spacious and well cared for. The atmosphere is friendly. more
