We have gone here a few times with my kids and once you get in (always seems to be a long wait), they are really friendly and fast to service you. We took my one-year old son in and before they knew what was wrong with him, they took in account his age. We thought that was important and believe SW ER Center is very family-focused.

I spend several hours a month in this ER because of my work. And I must say that when I'm there, as frustrated as I am with the construction (it's different every time I go) I am very impressed with how they treat my clients, and our program. We are given a special waiting room and exam room. Speical nurses, and special attention. I'm thankful for that. They do need more staff, or better management of the staff they have, because the wait times are long. But I think it's the same across the country with ER care.

I had to bring my daughter in with an emergency, and the wait was about 5 hours! The care was compassionate and quality, but they NEED more staff to handle the volume of people who come in. There's no good reason for a wait of that length when there's an emergency situation.
