I was very pleased with my experience when purchasing my car. The sales person along with whom I came in contact with were all very nice. I felt like I was treated honestly, and from my experience I had with Nissan of Antioch last year I will recommend Toyota of Vallejo to my friends.
Thank you for being treated fairly and honestly. I truly appreciated it.

Bought my used Honda there. They fixed all the small things I had complaints about on the car, right away and free of charge. I've had some trouble with timing with their service department, but they were very generous with driving me places, picking me up and giving me a loaner car. Their service department can do anything, very well-equiped, and the people are really nice. They have a good waiting area, clean, with restrooms and free coffee and doughnuts in the morning. They helped me with financing, and I never felt terribly pressured during the buying of my car. They gave a decent trade in value on my old car. Check Avery Greene, it's worth the drive!

Ive used this shop several times, and am sure I will again when I need tires or brake work done. Everyone Ive dealt with here has been friendly and helpful. They are always patient in explaining to me what needs to be done, and Ive found their prices to be competitive.

If you are looking for straight up, honest service. This is the place to go. I had my rotor and pads done here. Estimate was $200 less than all the other auto repair places on Sonoma Blvd. AND they finished the job in less than an hour. They don't sweet talk you, they objective look at your car and tell you what needs to be done. I would go to them in a heartbeat.
According to their business card, they do mufflers, tires, brakes, shocks, alignments, custom sport trucks, lowering kits, custom wheels, K&N filters, Flowmasters.

After a long day of used car shopping, the helpfull, but not pushy sales people here were welcome assistance. They also had quite a large selection of very nice used cars. I also liked that they asked about what we were looking for in a car, and didn't just focus on cost or payments, or push us.

I talked to an employee 5 separate times about purchasing tires for my car. After specifying make, model, year, and tire size, I received a quote over the phone. It seemed too good to be true, so I shopped around, and called back to verify with the same employee that he was sure about the pricing. I took off from work two hours early and drove 40 minutes away to get these tires. Upon arrival, the same employee tells me he is unable to give me the same deal quoted on the phone as the tires he was talking about were different than the kind for my vehicle. I asked him if he could work me a deal since now I had to drive home and back since the right ones were not in stock, and that I would now be taking 4 total hours off of work. When he came back, his quote was outrageous, and I mentioned that I drove a bit and he didn't seem to care. He blamed me for not telling him what size tire I had, and I told him I specified with him 5 separate times over the phone. He kept insisting I was lying, and when I asked him if this was how he treats all his customers and that I should report him to the B B B, he said I had every right to if I felt like doing so. I told him it was rude of him to refuse me a good deal since I was now out time and money because he misquoted me, even though he assured me over the phone that he had my size tires in stock and for specific price. He said he "refused to go a penny lower" and shortly thereafter bumped up the price AGAIN to $100 more. I then told him I would be telling everyone I know never to shop at his store again, and that the B B B would be hearing from me about his shoddy customer service, and him trying to screw customers out of their hard earned money. I never would have driven 40 minutes out of my way on balding tires and taken time off of work if he had not promised me a good deal for brand new tires that he said were exactly what I already had on my vehicle. Do not shop here! The employees are rude and unprofessional.
Pros: It's easy to find.
Cons: Rude staff, Bad customer service, Misquoting to get customers inside shop
