The children's section of Magic Mountain is pretty old looking. Most of the rides seem to be of "carnival" quality. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the park, but the rides in the children's section really looked like they could use some cosmetic help. My children thought it was wonderful, however, and wanted to spend the entire day on the 10 little rides offered in Bugs Bunny Land. They actually can't wait to go back, but from a parent's viewpoint, the section was really lacking in quality and cleanliness.

For roller coaster enthusiasts this is the best amusement park around. They have a huge array of crazy roller coasters that will cause even a diehard fans stomach to roll. There is a small area of childrens rides as well as an assortment of other rides for adults. It is often crowded in the summer and due to the large amount of thrill rides the crowd is often young (teenagers).

it's a fun place to go, mostly if you are a thrill seaker, having the best rides in southern california, such as Deja Vu, X, Riddler's Revenge, Batman, Superman, Goliath, I would not recommend this park for people with small children at all. Fun but extremely crowded on weekends. I suggest going during the mid-week.
