We purchased a new Camry Form Lithia it was the best experience ever. we made our deal over the phone we called and talk to the sales Manager Carlos Ramirez he gave us a great deal and the best customer service. the next day he personaly called us Thanking us for the purcharse, he asked about our experience and ask if there was anything alse that he could do for us. we have told all our friends about our great experience.

I have received nothing but great service from Vacaville Motorsports, I purchased a new R6 last year and love it. I have had it in for service several times and they are always quick and keep in great contact. Ryan in parts is a great guy and has always gotten me what I needed alot quicker than other shops Ive delt with. Going to get the new R1 in 2009 and will be getting it there.
Pros: The staff is great to deal with and make it fun
Cons: Hard to get into the parking lot, unless you happen to be on the right side of the road

I get tires for my personal vehicle and my company vehicle there. I have never had a problem. I recently got a nail in my tire and they fixed it for free. I had bought the extended road hazard protection when I bought my last set of tires but had lost the paperwork. They didn't even ask me for it.

Kragen is located in a greeat position relative to much of vacaville, and offers parts at good prices too. Havent run into any problems with anything so far, and all parts have been satisfactory. They have a wide assortment of things that could be used for just about any car, and a great amount of things for certain vehicles. They also special order things, and make a great resource for your vehicle.

I've gone to goodyear for tire replacement, and fixing, and both times everything went okay. Things tend to vary case by case, but there were many knowledgeable people there that would tend to your car's every need! They help out with diagnostic effects, work with your car to fix whatever needs to be fixed and work with whatever needs to be worked with. Good people, good service!
