While researching pricing information for decks in our local area, I contacted 84 Lumber. The gentleman that I spoke with was to call me back that day with the price that I was looking for. He never did! I called the following morning to ask if he had the price for me yet, and he did not. He assured me that he would call me back. After a few hours of hearing nothing, I called again. This time someone else answered and told me that he was with a customer and would call me right back with the information that I was looking for. Again, no call. The following morning I called and talked to a gentlman that was the manager. He assured me that HE would get me the information that I was looking for and call me back within a couple of hours. He did call me back. I am giving this store 3 stars because the second gentleman that I spoke with was very proficient in getting me the information that I requested, but the first did not.
