I have been an All State customer for a couple of years now and Russ Blaho is my agent. I have only had to deal with them a couple of times, mainly for information and quotes, but they are always very friendly and knowledgeable about whatever I am calling in for. His assistant is very friendly and called me directly to figure a few things out about our account, which resulted in discounts. Very good service.
