Fayette Heating & Air Conditioning

it was the middle of winter and my furnace quit working. i didnt know what to do so i got in the phonebook and seen that fayette heating and air had 24 hour service. so i called them it was like 2 in the morning they said they would send someone out as soon as they could. well about 45 mins later they showed up. the guy came and said he was sorry it took so long but he was in bed when they called i told him no problem that i understood. well he tested a few things and my pilot light was coming on. in about a half hour he had the heat blowing.... he clean my furnace why he was there. i couldnt believe this big burly guy was very nice my little one was scared of him just cause he was a big guy. but i hope i never need them again but i will call them anytime my furnace breaks and the good part of it all it didnt cost me a arm and a leg to get it working..... i thank him for what he did and was very happy with thier service.... i would recommend them to anyone..... good company good employees and not bad prices...A+++++++++++ IN MY BOOK more

The first year we owned our home and needed to get our furnace cleaned and inspected, we called Fayette Heating and Air Conditioning. What a joke! The guy that came out to clean our furnace smelled like he had been at the bar all morning (and all night) and he was half asleep. He made the biggest mess on the floor around the furnace and didnt clean it up. After he left our pilot light kept blowing out, which it had never done before. They had to come back out 2 additional times before they finally figured out what was wrong...and to top it all off, they wanted to charge us for the additonal trips they made out to our home! I will never, ever call them again for anything! more

We had our furnace serviced and cleaned by Fayette Heating and Air Conditioning, and we were very disappointed! The man arrived about 20 minutes late, and when he arrived he smelled horrible like alcohol and acted like he had a hangover! After he "cleaned" our furnace and left, we kept having problems with the pilot light going out! At first they were going to charge us to come out and fix it! Finally, after 2 additional visits our furnace was working properly! It turns out that a small part needed replaced because something he did while "cleaning" it made it break! more
