Souplantation is a great value. For $7.50, you get all access pass to salads, soups, pasta, breads, desserts of decent quality. You feel very satisfied after a meal and you also don't feel very heavy or bogged down because you've eaten mostly salad. Just don't expect a gourmet meal.

Souplantation is one of the better salad bar buffets. It's clean and fresh. It has a great variety of soup and salad bar is long and has plenty of choices. The salads are made fresh like every fifteen minutes. The food is yummy. It tastes like you’re eating a healthy meal because you really are. The atmosphere is nice and quiet. The service is nice and speedy.

This place always has fresh salads and soups. A perfect blend. It's all you can eat. The price is very reasonable. Some people get sick here because the have the "mentality" of trying to eat "X" dollar amount of food. That's over eating. If you want a balanced meal, this is the place. Fresh salads that you can create yourself. The chicken noodle soup is very good. Nice big chunks of chicken. Then have some fresh apple bran or blueberry muffins. One of my favorite places to eat. If you are a CSAA member, flash your card and save 10%.
