Tustin, Anaheim, and Puente Hills Mitsubishi dealerships are owned by the same crooks. I've dealt with the owner because of a complaint to MMNA and all the guy ever does is lie. And as someone already posted, I was a victim of a bait and switch scam at Anaheim Mitsubishi. After I reported the scam to MMNA *and* the owner of the dealership, the problem wasn't corrected. Someone reported Tim McDonald, then-GM at Tustin Mitsubishi, would threaten and cuss out customers. He's not at Anaheim Mitsubishi and he did EXACTLY the same thing to me! Avoid these dealerships. Hopefully, they'll go bankrupt and the owner (Rasool) given a job washing cars where he belongs.

My sales guy is now at Flecter Jones in Newport Beach but overall, I liked Tustin Lexus. It's easy to find off the 5 freeway. Their inventory was pretty decent each time I went to purchase a Lexus (one for me, and one for my sister). I don't think I necessarily got the lowest price possible but I know I still got a good deal. I think auto buying is way different now and most deals should be done online with their "internet" department to skip all the sales BS.

If you are a costco member, this is a good place to buy tires. The prices are more than reasonable and unless there is a coupon or something, it will take no more than 1.5 hours to get new tires or a rotation. Tires come with installation, free rotation, and warranty. If somethings happens to your tire while there is still treadlife, costco will give you a prorated refund on a new tire. don't skimp on your tires.

I need a "test only" smog check and came here with a coupon in booklets I get in the mail. I came here and they did a good job with the smog check. Waited only 15 minutes for one guy ahead of me. There are magazines to read. The guy doing the smog check was very courteous and professional. They did not blink an eye when I gave them the $10 off coupon. This is located near the Metrolink station.

This is one of those places that does great repairs for cheap prices. I recently bought a used car and they did a complete 80 point checkup for $45.
To diagnose problems, they charge a diagnosis fee, but they they usually waive that if you get repairs done from them as well.
