I've been here a few times for service, and I've been treated very well each time. If you need a car for the day, they will hook you up with that, and their prices seem to be among the lowest of dealers in the area. If you're looking for a new Infiniti, they have a large selection of both new and preowned cars. I've had a good expeience there every time so far, so I'd definitely recommend checking it out.

I went car shopping with my sister and we found Tustin Chrysler Dodge to be a very nice dealership. There was no high pressure selling and the saleman listened to all my sister's concerns and questions. She did buy her Chrysler 300 there and would recommend others to check them out. She LOVES her new car.

Irvine Auto Care is great place to get your car serviced. They one of the few honest mechanics. Maybe that is why they have been in business for so many years. Geoff, the owner, and John, the service manager are great people and friendly.
They will give you a ride back to work or home after dropping off your car. If you need a ride back to get your car, that is OK too!

I did not get my Nissan truck from this dealership, but since I moved to this city, I have been having it serviced there. The entire service department has always been great, very polite and professional. My car was ready when promised and local rides or rentals were handled with ease.

Just purchased my new 07 Escalade from Tustin Cadillac and I love it. It is perfect for my family and I love the feel of safety on the freeways. I shopped the internet for close to two-weeks viewing website and the dealer?s inventory. Two of the dealers never emailed me back after asking for information. Tustin Cadillac internet manager Mike Paino emailed me within 30 minutes of my request of pricing and Escalade availability. I was again very surprised because Mike had the Escalade clean, gassed and waiting for me out front of the dealership. In just one hour, I was heading home in my new Escalade. I found the Escalade I wanted and the process of the deal was very pleasant. I especially enjoyed working with one sales person. Tustin Cadillac and Mike Paino performed an outstanding job and I will recommend them to anyone interested in purchasing a new Cadillac.

I bought 2 Acuras there and service my car there. I have gone to other Acura dealerships and the service & sales experience is not even close. The employees there are really good, they explain things well and don't pressure me into things I dont need or make me feel bad because i chose not to do something they recommended. They advise me and let me make my own decision. There are 2 closer acura dealers and i don't think twice about passing them by to go to Tustin. I always go back to them because they take the time to get to know me and my TL and ALL the personnel there are really great. They have a great waiting area with HD TV and Wifi, and I feel safe and at home there. It's a great & friendly place!

Long story short. I have a 94 toyota pick up with over 130K miles on it. The transmission went out this week and I know the care is worth less than $1K. I was worried because most places will screw you for what they can get. I was referred to them and let me tell you, they are first class. They called me back, told me it was something minor and got me out of there the next day for under $200. I recommend them for their quality work and there honesty. They are the best in OC...

I've brought my Infiniti here twice so far and am pleased with the service. Tom is a great help. As long as I have an appointment, service is quick and hassle-free. I expected a car wash, but I was pleasantly surprised that they vacuumed my dirty floor mats and made them look nice again.
