This is the ONLY place in ALL of Tuscaloosa that you can buy water bed mattresses! I have went to every store in Tuscaloosa that sells mattresses, and they ALL referred me to this store. Their other beds and mattresses, they aren't any more high priced than any other bedding store.The water bed mattresses though, they were actually LOWER here than at a place way out of town I got one from once before. Also, they have difficult to find sizes, like the super single. The staff here are extremely pleasant and try to help you in every way. Even if you leave with a dent in your wallet (buying some of their nice name brand, top of the line mattresses they carry), you'll still leave with a smile on your face.

The garden seed here is so very cheap! In price only, never in quality! They have peanuts, and tomatoes, all kinds of peas and beans; just about anything you want, and all high quality seeds that take no effort to sprout. I have never gotten a bad crop form any seed I sprouted from them.
They also have a few flowering bulbs, in season and odds and ends that you need o garden with.
They also have a locksmith or key copying machine (which is becoming rare to find in many country stores) that costs pennies to make a copy. This is a real nice store, and has a mom and pop feel to it.

I have lived in Tuscaloosa for about 9 years now, and it's refreshing to have a furniture store that has good quality furniture for a reasonable price to the consumer. I like the outlet store because their selection changes weekly. Their prices start at 1/2 of what the other dealers in the area charge, and they have great sales off that price. I, as well as other friends and family have found nice pieces for our homes. The staff is not pushy, and always friendly. They try to know you by name. How many store do that now a days! I have told many people about this great diamond in the rough, and hope they stay for many more years to come. We enjoy shopping there and will continue as long as we live in Tuscaloosa.

Bama Remodeling & Repair is the place to call for all your remodeling and repair needs. They do all kinds of home repairs and remodeling, specializing in remodeling or repair of existing homes. They will contract it out if they don't do it, and they prefeer big jobs over small ones. They are really good, really professional, nice and kind. This is the only place in all of Tuscaloosa where you can find a waterbed mattress. I have went to every store I knew to go to when I needed a replacement, and they all referred me to the Sleep Shoppe. They aren't very high priced; no more than most bedding stores. On the waterbed mattresses, they are actually lower than a place I bought one from a few years ago in another area, which was nice to find.
PROS: only place to carry waterbed mattresses in Tuscaloosa

This is a nice litttle store. It has a nice selection of clothes. None of them are in my style but the fashion is current. The prices are good but I'm not sure of the quality of the pieces, though. The employees are freindly as well

I used this store once before. They have a pretty good selection of mattresses and beds to choose from. They carry Serta, and not every place here does. They cost the same as all the other shops; they're all pricey. But, they are also quality, like the others.
Not a bad place to purchase a mattress from.
