Townsend has been my first source for everything for my vehicles in the area of accessories for years. They dont just sell glass, they also have all kinds of add ons and tools for a truck or SUV. They sell spray in bedliners, ball hitch systems, tool boxes, chrome and diamond plate kicker panels, bumpers and brush guards, winches, the list goes on and on. The prices are super good, its like ordering from a catologue minus the shipping and wating. They can usually get to yu right away but if they are busy you can schedule an appointment.

These folks love to pimp out your car or truck. They offer tinting and custom work of all kinds. Most of the time you can drive right in, tell them what you want, and have it installed in a short period of time. Sometimes they get busy but they will get to you as quickly as possible. Compared to other custom places their prices are pretty low, but the work is still good. So if you need a sterio system, a dvd or tv, game system ,tinted windows wheels or rims, go here first to get the best bang for your buck.

Whenever you need something done to your car, you are likely to find a Kirklands that can do it. They have so many departments it can get a bit repetive talking on the phone, but they have great service and do good work. They have a muffler center, transmission ,brakes, and bodyshop. They also have a garage door department. They really are a jack of all trades. I recommend thes efolks for any kind of body repairs you need to have done.

My son searched all over the state for the exact truck that he wanted. He found one on Tuscaloosa Toyota's web site. He called and discussed all the specifics and made the deal. They even delivered the truck to our house in Cleveland, Al. Now that's service with the customer in mind.

Myrus Nalls is the most honest mechanic in Tuscaloosa. I've known Myrus & his family for almost 15 years, and he's gone from being "my mechanic" to being a true friend. He'll tell you what's truly wrong and tell you the best and least expensive options for fixing it. As long as you're straight with him, he'll be straight with you. You can trust what he tells you and not have that "tickling" feeling in the back of your mind, wondering if he's adding a few extra things to the mix for profit, like I've experienced elsewhere (namely Firestone). He's also a great reference for other services in the area, because he knows who you can trust. Highly recommend him.
