I have been to alot of Steakhouses, and Avalon is now rated in my top three all time favorite places to eat. My steak was cooked to absolute perfection, and my server suggested an absolutely deliteful bottle of Liberty School Syrah, to accompany my steak. I couldn't resist trying one of their many desserts. I chose the carrott cake.....wow what a piece of cake it was. I just want to stand up and cheer that Avalon is here!!!! Thank you for a delightful experience.
Pros: Wonderful place to enjoy a great steak and a bottle of wine
Cons: A little hard to find, but I called and they guided me

Bell's is a Tulsa tradition. I love to take my family to Bell's in the summer time. Just to name a few they have the zingo roller coaster, the log ride, the octopus, the tilt o whirl and the spook house. They have several rides for the younger toddlers also. This is a great place to go for an evening for something to do. They always have a huge celebration on the 4th of July usually with a concert.

I like to stop here for gifts for special occasions. The prices aren't bad and they usally have little boxes (my mom loves little boxes!) in various sizes and shapes. You can get candy there and all kinds of nice things, espiecially for weddings, graduation, and Christmas. That's where I picked up my cousin's b-day gift...ooops! Hope she doesn't read this!

I wanted to lift weights to get into tip-top shape for the many marathons that I run in. I have to admit that I was initially scared that I would "bulk up," but I didn't. Mike Volksdorf is my trainer, and not only does he push me, he motivates and holds me accountable as well as helps me with my eating habits and keeps me on track. Because of the weight training three days a week, I have NEVER once been sore after an 18 or 20 mile run, nor have I EVER been sore after a marathon! This was not the case a few years ago when I ran my first marathon and did not lift weights; I was sore and couldn't walk for days.
My body shape has changed, I can see definition in my muscles and lunges really do work to make your butt look better!
Mike, his wife Dawn and the rest of the trainers are top-notch. I highly recommend them to anyone who is serious about getting into the best shape of their lives!

I love the atmosphere and food. If a person cannot tell by the posters on the wall and the attitude of the employees that this is a Christian atmosphere, they are atheists. I take my girls and grandkids every chance we get. The food is great and the place is safe and fun. Great for the $. Go to another pizza place and pay almost as much for kids to play video games and listen to rap and loud music and be offended by their clothing and behaviors. We drive over 35 miles one way, and very much worth it.

I work downtown, and Tsunami is my favorite place to eat on my lunch hour. I am never late getting back to work due to slow service, I have always been in and out and back to work in a timely manner. As far as taste, other than Tei Kei's they are the only sushi in town that I like so far. I would eat it at least once a week if I could! For the others who have posted negative comments, I think you are wrong. Plus the atmosphere is wonderful. Thanks Tsunami for a wonderful local place to eat sushi!! I will continue to be a patron for a long time to come!!

Delicious muffins! They are big, fresh, and delicious. Merritt's Bakery opens early for the stampede in route to work. Plenty of employees prevent long waits in line. I guess the coffee is good, I always see early birds sitting with the morning paper.

The admission price is so good you can go all the time. This Tulsa Zoo is one of the best zoos I have ever been to. We live here in Tulsa and go quite often. Sometimes we go to the zoo just to walk. The sealion show is fantasic! highly rcommmended!!!! This zoo is so much fun!
