The most beautiful permanent makeup is done by Mychelle Tulk at Aura Of Beauty. The entire city of Tulsa lines up to get permanent makeup by Mychelle. Her work really is art. She is an RN and does her procedures in a doctors office who lets you have relaxation pills so you aren't scared and don't hurt. I really needed the relaxation because I can't just lie relaxed while someone is poking needles alongside my eyes.
